Analisis Komponen Kritis Mesin Bubut Underfloor Menggunakan Metode Failure Mode and Effect Analysis dan Fault Tree Analysis

Dalam mempertahankan keandalan suatu mesin maka dibutuhkan sebuah perawatan. PT. XYZ sebagai perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang jasa transportasi kereta sering menggunakan bubut roda underfloor salah satu bentuk Tingginya intensitas penggunaan membuat tersebut mengalami kerusakan dan dapat menghambat proses perawatan sarana. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi komponen menjadi penyebab kegagalan atau dialami oleh underfloor. Penelitian metode FMEA FTA. Hasil menentukan kritis berdasarkan perhitungan RPN, didapatkan nilai RPN sebesar 27,92 terdapat 4 dengan mode di atas RPN. Komponen yaitu AC, Sistem Hidrolik, Guide Roller, Roller Carier. Penyebab terjadi antara lain terus meneru, suhu tinggi, dilakukan belum terjadwal baik serta kurang optimal.
